Camp knives

The camp knife is used around a camp site. They are usually large blades from 25 to 30 cm long and you can use them for most chores when in the woods. The blade for my liking is slightly blade heavy which allows for more power to be excerted at the point of percussion when doing chopping work. I either use a 3/4 or full tang for these knives. There is no real benefit in either, they both will perform equally well in heavy use.
